مَلیک: مالک، پادشاه. لا یَزال و لَمْ ‌یَزُل: ازلی و ابدی. مَلیکِ لا یَزال و لَمْ ‌یَزُل: خداوند.

English Translation

Hence the Seal of the prophets has related

(the saying) of the everlasting and eternal Lord—
